The Flying Wheels Bus takes us up to the glacier village Grindelwald. Once there, we cycle through Grindelwald and face the challenging climb up to Grosse Scheidegg. This incline is well worth the effort, made much easier with the help of the Flyer electric motor. Up on the Grosse Scheidegg Pass on nearly 2000mts alitude we will be rewarded for our efforts with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and down to the Rosenlaui Valley.
After changing our batteries we will head down to the Schwarzwaldalp in the Rosenlaui Valley, where we will have a quick stop to see the over 100 year old saw mill, powered by water. Further on, a visit to the Rosenlaui Gorge is well worth it. A lunch with local cheese and sausages will provide us with new energy for the rest of the tour. Back on the road we will ride down towards Meiringen.
On the easy and flat ride to Brienz, we will enjoy the sight of waterfalls, farms and the beautiful landscape. Another incline to the Giessbach Waterfalls and back along Lake Brienz to Interlaken. In Brienz we have as well the possibility to take the boat or the train back to Interlaken, if we are too tired to ride on (price not included in the tour).
